I began my career in healthcare in 2001 at Christian Hospital, a member of BJC Healthcare, St. Louis, MO. After completing the Advanced Manufacturing Specialist Training Program in 2006, I was promoted to Performance Improvement Specialist.

Over the next four years, I was promoted to Manager of the department where I helped create a framework for process improvement and build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. In September 2014, I accepted a Director, Operational Excellence position with Texas Health Presbyterian Plano where I work with the leadership of the hospital to improve performance on KPIs as well as spreading the culture of continuous improvement.
