Director of Customer Success

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Customer Success to lead our team and define our customer success strategy. In this role, you will lead a world-class customer success organization that fosters high customer satisfaction, drives product adoption, and maximizes customer retention and lifetime value.

Location: Hybrid, Based in Austin, TX


Solutions Engineer

Our Solutions Engineers (a.k.a SEs) are the go-to resources for internal and external technical questions about the KaiNexus platform. New SEs will be trained and expected to build their KaiNexpert knowledge over time, but are not required to have technical knowledge about our proprietary software before joining KaiNexus. SEs support our current and future customers, along with our own internal teams. SEs work directly with our internal Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Lean Strategy departments; and with our customers to configure the KaiNexus platform to solve various customer needs that arise daily (e.g., Imports, templates, feature setup, etc.).

Senior Web Application Developer 

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer, who will play a crucial role in tackling complex challenges in expanding and enhancing our SaaS platform, and in developing new features and enhancing existing ones. This dynamic and challenging role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement solutions. The developer who will excel in this position will have a strong working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, database technologies, and fundamental computer science principles.  This is a senior-level position, ideal for experienced candidates who are eager to take on new challenges.
