Annual Business Review

The annual business review revisits your deployment goals and evaluates usage trends. During this yearly refresh, leaders from both sides regroup to discuss your improvement strategy as well as the operational components of a successful Lean management system.

In addition to focusing on your improvement plans, these sessions also provide visibility into our product roadmap. A typical agenda for the Business Review includes:

  • Review Goals & Performance 
  • Revisit Improvement Strategy
  • Evaluate Product Usage
  • Present Roadmap
