KaiNexus Implementation

Timeline and Expectations

A KaiNexus Implementation benefits organizations far beyond the configuration of our continuous improvement software.

A successful culture of continuous improvement is based on three critical elements: leadership, methodology, and technology. We provide the technology component, but we’re the first to say that no software solution is a “silver bullet.” All three of these elements are equally important in order for continuous improvement to thrive.

Our implementation process targets each of these three elements. Our onboarding managers work with our customers to understand existing leadership behaviors and improvement methodologies and grow additional processes  to effectively spread continuous improvement throughout the organization with the use of KaiNexus.

Three Pillars

That’s why our onboarding managers train leaders to utilize Kainexus to adopt behaviors that promote the spread of continuous improvement using a consistent, simple, and disciplined methodology. Our implementation incorporates software training with leadership development in order to spread continuous improvement throughout the organization using KaiNexus.

Using the Platform for Deployment

Our goal is to familiarize our customers as quickly as possible with our platform. We use the project management portion of KaiNexus to help facilitate customer implementation. This "hands on" approach enables our customers to learn by doing, and assists with the planning process for activating new users and groups

Here's what a KaiNexus implementation looks like:
