A KaiNexus Kickoff is a one, two, or three day long interactive work session that establishes a pilot continuous improvement program in an organization.

A KaiNexus Consultant teaches evidence-based principles of continuous improvement and the leadership behaviors that support such a culture. The theory education is coupled with lots of action and practice implementing those principles, as well as familiarizing staff and leaders with KaiNexus' continuous improvement software.

By the end of the Kickoff, leaders are prepared to drive the spread of continuous improvement in their organization using KaiNexus to manage, monitor, and report on their progress.

Activities include:

  • Executive overview session
  • 3-hour group seminar including hands-on Kaizen practice and simulation
  • Getting started with the KaiNexus platform
  • One-on-one coaching of managers, supervisors, and directors on facilitating Kaizen with their team members
  • Creating educational / communication materials to be used within the organization
  • On-going follow up coaching and mentoring via the KaiNexus system, email, phone, and Skype
