The Optimization Review process takes 4-6 weeks to complete. During this time, you’ll have 3 to 4 meetings with our team (totaling 4-6 hours). Additionally, our Solutions Engineers will spend 20-40 hours on the analysis and redesign of your instance.
Optimization Reviews are like a 5S for your KaiNexus instance. They are a critical component in continuously improving the design and outcomes of your KaiNexus platform and ensuring that you are getting the best results possible for your organization.

When preparing for an Optimization Review, it is a great idea to gather feedback from a few users across different levels of your organization. This feedback helps us better understand how we can optimize the user experience through adjustments to your boards and templates. Additionally, providing any existing process documents related to your KaiNexus instance, such as training tools and process maps, can significantly enhance the effectiveness of the review process.
