A KaiNexus Implementation benefits organizations far beyond the configuration of our continuous improvement software.

We believe that a successful culture of continuous improvement is based on three critical elements: leadership, methodology, and technology. We provide the technology component, but we’re the first to say that no software solution is a “silver bullet.” All three of these elements are equally important in order for continuous improvement to thrive.

Our implementation process targets each of these three elements. Our Implementation Specialists work with our customers to understand existing leadership behaviors and improvement methodologies and grow additional processes  to effectively spread continuous improvement throughout the organization with the use of KaiNexus.

That’s why our Implementation Specialists train leaders to utilize Kainexus to adopt behaviors that promote the spread of continuous improvement using a consistent, simple, and disciplined methodology. Our Implementation incorporates software training with leadership development in order to spread continuous improvement throughout the organization using KaiNexus.

Here’s how an implementation works:

Phase I:   Discovery & Implementation Planning

During Phase I of a KaiNexus Implementation, new customers and their KaiNexus Implementation Specialist meet to discuss the current status of the organization’s continuous improvement culture. The team identifies baseline measures and sets goals for the implementation and future use of KaiNexus.

Phase II:  Configuration: Methodology, System, & Implementation Team

During Phase II, the KaiNexus Implementation Specialist works alongside our customer’s Implementation Team to establish a simple, disciplined, and consistent methodology for managing continuous improvement with KaiNexus. We configure the system to fit the needs of the customer, and we train the Implementation Team in preparation for onboarding additional staff.

Phase III:  Communication & Deployment

After the system has been fully configured and the Implementation Team has been trained, we deploy KaiNexus to additional groups of users in a planned approach that is collaborative and conducive to the client’s improvement culture. Depending on the scope of the deployment, a schedule may be developed to deploy in succession to effectively train and spread the improvement methodologies across the organization.

Phase IV:  Implementation Review

In the final phase of a KaiNexus Implementation, the KaiNexus Implementation Specialist and the Implementation Team review the goals and baseline measures identified in Phase I. They will determine if additional training is required and formulate a plan for ongoing support.
